- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Dice squash and onion; cook in a little water with salt, pepper and butter on low for 15 minutes.

2Drain water; add sour cream and undiluted soup.

3Add 1/2 cup butter to stuffing.

4Add one-half of stuffing mixture to squash mixture, reserving one-half for top.

5Spread in a 9 x 13-inch casserole and sprinkle with remaining stuffing.

6Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
