- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Cook squash in small amount of boiling, salted water until tender.

2Drain well and combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese and crushed crackers.

3Place in baking dish and spread remaining cheese and crackers over top.

4Bake at 350° until bubbly or about 25 minutes.
