Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions

    Cook squash in small amount of boiling, salted water until tender.

    Drain well and combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese and crushed crackers.

    Place in baking dish and spread remaining cheese and crackers over top.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly or about 25 minutes.
