- 1 qt. squash
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 3/4 bag cornbread dressing
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil squash and onion for about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain well.

2Add butter, egg, milk, soup and salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish.

3Top with the cornbread dressing.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
