Squash Casserole

  • 1 qt. squash
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 bag cornbread dressing
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil squash and onion for about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain well.

    Add butter, egg, milk, soup and salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish.

    Top with the cornbread dressing.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
