- 3 lb. yellow summer squash
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter, divided in half
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.

2Add all ingredients.

3Save 1/2 stick butter and put on top.

4Spread crumbs on top.

5Bake at 375° for one hour.
