- 8 medium squash
- 1 c. bread crumbs or croutons
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 c. tomatoes, canned or fresh
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Cut squash, boil and drain.

2Brown sausage and drain.

3Mix all together.

4(It's better to do this and let stand in refrigerator overnight.)

5Top with shredded cheese and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
