Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked squash
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 c. cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt (optional)

Directions

    Cook squash and onion until tender.

    Add butter and let melt. Add other ingredients.

    Pour into well-greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until brown.
