- 2 c. cooked squash
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 oz.)
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Add butter and let melt. Add other ingredients.

3Pour into well-greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until brown.
