- 2 lb. squash
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Cook squash until tender; drain.

2Add onion, eggs, Tabasco sauce, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.

3Beat all together.

4Put into casserole dish.

5Mix margarine and cracker crumbs; put on top. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
