  • 2 lb. squash
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Cook squash until tender; drain.

    Add onion, eggs, Tabasco sauce, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.

    Beat all together.

    Put into casserole dish.

    Mix margarine and cracker crumbs; put on top. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
