- 5 yellow squash
- 1 c. grated Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- bread or cracker crumbs
Directions

1Slice squash and boil until tender.

2Drain . Mix milk and egg. Put squash, milk and egg mixture in casserole dish.

3Add cheese, salt, pepper and butter.

4Top with cheese and crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

6Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
