- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Cook squash whole in 2 quarts water on medium heat until tender.

2Mix package of stuffing in melted margarine.

3Pour 1/2 of stuffing mixture in bottom of casserole dish.

4Pour squash (sliced) on top (mixed with remaining ingredients).

5Pour remaining stuffing mix on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
