- squash, fresh or frozen
- chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 to 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 to 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except margarine and place in casserole dish.

2Slice margarine and place on top evenly.

3Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until browned and squash is tender. (Not cooking the squash first gives the casserole more flavor.) Also, if it is not creamy enough to suit, add another can of cream of chicken soup.
