- 4 to 6 fresh squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 stick margarine
- leftover cornbread
Directions

1Cut squash and cook in small amount of water until tender. Saute onion in melted margarine.

2Add to squash.

3Add cheese and mix well.

4Spray casserole dish with Pam.

5Crumble cornbread and cover bottom of casserole dish.

6Add squash mixture.

7Cover top with cornbread.

8Bake in oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
