Squash Casserole

  • 4 to 6 fresh squash
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • leftover cornbread

Directions

    Cut squash and cook in small amount of water until tender. Saute onion in melted margarine.

    Add to squash.

    Add cheese and mix well.

    Spray casserole dish with Pam.
  5. 5
    Crumble cornbread and cover bottom of casserole dish.

    Add squash mixture.

    Cover top with cornbread.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
