  • 2 to 3 c. cooked squash or zucchini
  • 3/4 stick butter or margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 c. O.T.C. crackers, crushed

Directions

    Mash cooked squash (drain off water before mashing).

    Add other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
