Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 10 yellow squash
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large deviled ham
  • 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • grated cheese (Cheddar)

Directions

    Cook squash until tender; saute onion in butter and add ham to eggs.

    Add crackers to onion.

    Cream squash.

    Mix all ingredients and bake at 325° twenty to thirty minutes.

    When almost done, add grated cheese to cover top.
