Squash Casserole

  • sliced squash
  • carrot slivers (for color)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

Directions

    Cook squash in boiling water until barely tender.

    Drain well. Add chicken soup, sour cream and onion and mix well.

    Sprinkle 1/2 of herb mix on bottom of casserole.

    Add squash mixture and sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top.

    Dot with butter and cheese.

    Bake, uncovered, in buttered dish at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
