- 4 large squash
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Ritz cracker crumbs (for topping)
Directions

1Cook the squash and onion together until tender.

2Drain off the excess water.

3Combine squash, cheese, soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

4Pour in greased baking dish.

5Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
