- 1 lb. yellow squash
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 carrots, grated
- 2 small onions, chopped fine
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge crumb mix
Directions

1Cook squash ten minutes in salted water, drain.

2Mash squash. Add sour cream, soup, carrots and onions; mix well.

3Melt margarine and bread crumbs; stir well.

4Layer squash mixture and bread crumbs.

5Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
