  • 2 c. squash
  • 1 c. grated cheese (Colby) or 6 slices of cheese (Kraft)
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs or Ritz crackers
  • eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter, sliced

Directions

    Cook squash until tender.

    Drain.

    Add cheese.

    Add eggs, onion and bread crumbs.

    Top with bread crumbs and butter.

    Bake about 30 to 35 minutes.
