  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 jar pimento (fine)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 medium onions

Directions

    Wash and cook squash and onions until tender.

    Melt butter and stir in Stove Top stuffing.

    Line dish with half of the crumbs and save rest for top.

    Mix remaining ingredients.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
