- 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion, cooked with squash
- 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Combine squash, onion, cracker crumbs and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.

2Mix together eggs and milk and add to the squash mixture. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.

3Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
