- 1 package puff pastry
- 3 tomatoes ripe, peeled and chopped
- oregano
- Flemish cheese small pieces, to taste
- ham diced, to taste
- mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Roll the puff pastry on a floured surface into large rectangles.

3Spread the tomato on top and sprinkle with the oregano.

4Add the Flemish cheese and ham.

5Roll up the dough. Seal the end of dough with warm water, so it doesn't open in the oven while baking.

6Cut into 2 to 3 centimeters slices, and carefully place on baking tray lined with parchment paper

7Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top, to taste.

8Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
