  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 3 tomatoes ripe, peeled and chopped
  • oregano
  • Flemish cheese small pieces, to taste
  • ham diced, to taste
  • mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Roll the puff pastry on a floured surface into large rectangles.

    Spread the tomato on top and sprinkle with the oregano.

    Add the Flemish cheese and ham.

    Roll up the dough. Seal the end of dough with warm water, so it doesn't open in the oven while baking.

    Cut into 2 to 3 centimeters slices, and carefully place on baking tray lined with parchment paper

    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top, to taste.

    Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
