- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 box Stove-Top cornbread stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook squash and drain.

2Set aside 1 cup cornbread stuffing mix and combine remainder with squash.

3Add cream of chicken soup, undiluted, sour cream and water chestnuts.

4Melt oleo in casserole dish.

5Pour squash mixture into casserole.

6Sprinkle reserved stuffing mix on top.

7Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
