- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 1 small can pimento
- 2 small onions, chopped fine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 small carrots, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Cook squash in salted water; drain and mash.

2Add remaining ingredients, except 1/2 stuffing and 1 stick oleo; mix well.

3Line shallow dish with remaining stuffing that has been mixed with 1 stick oleo.

4Reserve a little for topping.

5Fill with squash mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
