- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz. Velveeta
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
- 2 jalapenos
Directions

1Cook squash until done.

2Drain.

3Add ingredients of margarine, Velveeta (shredded), 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups dressing and 2 finely chopped jalapenos to squash in casserole dish.

4Top with more cheese, if desired.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
