Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 c. squash (yellow)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • Pepperidge Farm dressing

Directions

    Cook squash; drain water off.

    Add salt, pepper and all other ingredients.

    Line bottom of baking dish with dressing crumbs, then pour in the mix.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Sprinkle some dressing over top and brown.
