- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 1 egg
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in water until tender and drain.

2Mix well-beaten egg and soup with squash and onion.

3Pour into baking dish.

4Melt oleo.

5Mix well with cracker crumbs and grated cheese. Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
