  • 3 c. diced zucchini squash
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 scant c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Boil vegetables in water 5 minutes.
