- 2 lb. squash, drained
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter
- 2 small raw carrots, grated
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except corn bread and butter.

2Melt butter and stir in corn bread mixture.
