  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 5 crackers, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

    Combine squash and onion; cook in boiling water until tender. Drain and mash.
