- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 large eggplant
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- parsley
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

9In mixing bowl combine eggplant, bread crumbs, parsley, eggs and cheese.
