- 8 to 10 yellow squash
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Clean and slice squash.

2Cover with water; cook until tender. Drain well. Return to pan; mash well.

3Add margarine, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.

4Mash and blend well.

5Pour into casserole dish.

6Bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes or until top is lightly brown.
