- 1 qt. squash (cook in water and drain)
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick or 1/2 c. butter
- 1 pkg. instant stuffing mix (chicken flavoring)
Directions

1Mix cooked squash, onion, mushroom soup and sour cream in mixing bowl.

2In another bowl, pour melted butter over stuffing mix in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Cover with squash mixture.

4Top with remaining stuffing mix.

5Bake until crisp on top at 325°.
