Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 carrot, grated fine
  • 2 tsp. chopped pimentos
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing (green bag)
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cook squash, onion, salt and pepper and butter until tender; drain.

    Melt margarine and mix with 1/2 of dressing and other ingredients.
  3. 3
    Mix the other 1/2 of the dressing with 1 stick margarine and mix separately.

    Spoon squash mixture into greased casserole dish.

    Top with remaining dressing and margarine mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
