- 5 or 6 squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. diced onions
- Ritz crackers
- grated cheese
Directions

1Cut squash up and parboil until tender; drain.

2Add soup and onions to squash.

3Add several pats of margarine and salt and pepper to taste.

4Stir until mixed.

5Pour part of mixture in bottom of casserole dish.

6Spread crumbled Ritz crackers over mixture, then spread a layer of grated cheese.

7Repeat, finishing with cheese on top.

8Cover and bake at about 400° until bubbling through.

9Take cover off and let cook about 10 minutes more.
