Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. squash, cut into pieces
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 4 small carrots, grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Cook squash in salted water.

    Drain and mash.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Melt margarine and mix with Pepperidge Farm mix. Mix this with squash.

    Reserve enough to sprinkle on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    May be mixed the day before.

    Refrigerate and bake next day.
