- 1 1/2 lb. squash, cut into pieces
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
- 4 small carrots, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook squash in salted water.

2Drain and mash.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Melt margarine and mix with Pepperidge Farm mix. Mix this with squash.

5Reserve enough to sprinkle on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7May be mixed the day before.

8Refrigerate and bake next day.
