- 1 (1 lb.) can squash
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. crumbled cornbread
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1If fresh squash is used, cook until tender.

2Mash cooked squash.

3Add butter, slightly beaten egg, cheese, crumbs and milk. Mix well.

4Put in a greased baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 hour.
