- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 can cream/celery
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 2 corn muffins (Gold Medal)
- 6 Ritz
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- seasoned salt
- pepper
Directions

1Saute squash with celery and onion in 1 tablespoon oleo. Crumble cornbread and cracker together.

2Add 1/8 cup melted oleo. Beat eggs and add to crumbs.

3Add can soup mixed with little water.

4Add squash, etc.

5Season to taste.

7Add cheese. Pour last 1/8 cup oleo over.
