Squash Casserole

  • 2 lb. squash, sliced
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 grated carrot or cheese or Parmesan
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs (fine)
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cook squash and drain.

    Add onion, grated carrot, sour cream and soup.
  3. 3
    Melt margarine and mix with bread crumbs.
  4. 4
    Place 1/2 of bread crumbs in bottom of dish and pour squash mixture over bread crumbs.

    Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top and bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
