  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. crushed crackers

Directions

    Cook squash; drain and mash.

    Add all other ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish.

    Bake in a 375° oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until set and lightly browned.
