- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. crushed crackers
Directions

1Cook squash; drain and mash.

2Add all other ingredients and pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish.

3Bake in a 375° oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until set and lightly browned.
