- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. crushed saltines
- 1 pkg. buttermilk Ranch dressing
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook squash with onion about 10 minutes (squash should be firm).

2Drain well.

3Combine squash with next 5 ingredients. Place in a 2-quart lightly greased casserole.

4Combine bread crumbs and margarine, sprinkle over top.

5Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

6Yields 8 servings.
