  • 5 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimiento
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Directions

    Melt stick of margarine and combine with mushroom soup and sour cream.

    Add squash and rest of ingredients.

    Bake in a large, flat dish or 9 x 2 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
