- 8 medium yellow squash
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook squash in salted water until tender. Drain and mash. Cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain and crumble. Saute onion in bacon drippings. Combine all ingredients and stir well.

3Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
