- 6 to 8 squash, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 16 crumbled nonsalted crackers
Directions

1Cook squash, onion, water and margarine until tender.

2Add eggs, milk, cheese and crackers; mix well.

3Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.

4Bake at 325° until top is slightly browned.
