  • 1 c. diced cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked yellow squash
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 c. scalded milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt and pepper

    Bake in 1 1/2-quart casserole in shallow pan of water at 350° for 1 hour.
