- 1 1/2 lb. or 2 c. squash
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded cheese
- 1 c. buttered bread crumbs or Pepperidge Farm herb mix
Directions

1Boil squash in water to cover; add 1/4 teaspoon salt if desired.

2Combine drained squash with soup, onion, egg and cheese. Pour into greased baking dish and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.

3Bake 30 minutes or until browned in preheated 350° oven.
