- 4 to 5 medium summer squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Dice squash and onion.

2Saute.

3Combine squash, onions, cheese and soup.

4Put into casserole.

5Top with bread crumbs (I use Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix).

6Bake 40 minutes in a 350° oven or until golden brown.
