Squash Casserole

  • 4 to 5 medium summer squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion

Directions

    Dice squash and onion.

    Saute.

    Combine squash, onions, cheese and soup.

    Put into casserole.

    Top with bread crumbs (I use Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix).

    Bake 40 minutes in a 350° oven or until golden brown.
