  • 2 1/2 lb. cooked squashed, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped and sauteed in Blue Bonnett
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. stuffing
  • 1 stick Blue Bonnett

Directions

    Mix together squash, onion, soup and sour cream.

    Melt margarine and combine with stuffing.
  3. 3
    Put half of mixture in bottom of casserole dish.
  4. 4
    Add squash and top with rest of stuffing mixture.
  5. 5
    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
