  • 1 large can chickpeas, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. reserved liquid from chickpeas
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 or more garlic cloves

Directions

    Blend all of the ingredients in a blender to desired consistency.

    Mixture should be a paste, but neither dry nor soupy.

    If necessary, add more liquid.
