Ingredients
- 2 to 3 c. cooked squash (keep 1/2 c. liquid from squash)
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 pkg. herb stuffing mix
- 1 or 2 onions, diced
- 1 can pimento or 1 small jar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix butter and herb stuffing mix together.

2Place half of stuffing mix on bottom of casserole dish.

3Mix all other ingredients together and pour over stuffing mixture.

4Pour other half of stuffing mixture on top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
