- 2 large yellow squash
- 2 large zucchini
- 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 cup American cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions

1Mix.

2Cornbread as directed.

3Dice onion, yellow sqaush and zucchini

4Boil the veggies until tender.

5Risen in cold water.

6Once cornbread is cool.

7Crumble cornbread.

8Mix in veggies, cheese, and chicken broth.

9Add thyme, salt, and pepper.

10Place in a grease baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes on 350F.
