- 4 cups yellow summer squash cubed
- 1 pound sausage, bulk cooked, drained
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup green bell peppers
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Place squash and a small amount of water in a large saucepan, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.

2Drain.

3Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.

4Transfer to a greased 11x7x2 inch baking dish.

5Bake, uncovered, at 325F (160C).
